Positives: Very good use of the long house. Negatives: Rats in the ceilings of the 1st floor bedrooms. At the end of the day, we could see the whole family along the roof. They come out through a hole in the top of the right-hand party wall. That's why our family left on Wednesday instead of leaving with us on Saturday morning. with us on Saturday morning. It created a very bad atmosphere between us. They'd come all the way from Tallinn in Estonia. As for television, you can only change channels manually, like in the 60s. And no explanation about the book. The property is not enclosed at the back, so everyone can see us at the pool, as the neighbor is bulldozing his house and garden. is bulldozing his house and garden. Very noisy! The barbecue was very dirty! I cleaned it up when I left. For the elderly, there are no steps down. They didn't bathe. Three out of 5 people were over 70. That's a lot of problems. It's the first time it's happened to us. It's mainly the rats! And for all that (apart from the rats) it's much too expensive. We rented one near St Pons de Thomières at 1780€ and it was perfect. But it's been sold and the new owners don't want to rent. So we are very disappointed because of all these problems.

Wonderful stay in an idyllic setting. The only small drawback, reception totally inexistent at the time of your arrival. Nobody to make you discover the house, not even a bottle of water in the fridge. However, very good reaction and quick intervention of Locasun for the small dysfunctions reported.
