Poorly designed apartment. The closing of the loggia to gain surface is a mistake and makes the apartment unbreathable and without any place to dry the laundry. The bedroom on the pool side is more of a small room than a bedroom, with a very small window, so it's stifling too. The owner could think about investing in fans. The kitchen area is really a small corner, not easy to wash dishes or prepare meals. The lack of parking is also very penalizing, difficult to find a place to park for free near the apartment. With the pandemic it would be desirable that the sofa and cushion covers are renewed between each rental.
