Pleasant house at 9 500 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the center of the village of GRUES, comprising a living room with TV. Kitchen equipped with hob (3 gas rings + one electric hob), electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave. Bathroom with shower, washbasin on cupboard, separate WC - two bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed - Garage used as storage room with washing machine. Garden with garden furniture and gas barbecue for moments of peace and quiet (low low fence at the rear of the property, which causes vis à vis) - Cleaning provided by tenant. Linen not provided, can be rented from our partner, please contact us. Heating from October 1 to May 31 extra according to meter reading. Wifi rental possible with 5G box: €40/week (small pets accepted on request at extra cost, but unfenced garden).
