Property for exclusive use
120m2 property in a village, able to accommodate 6 people with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 1 service bathroom. Guests have at their disposal an exclusive swimming pool, garden, barbecue and parking on the property. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a cot.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The house is located inside a property that also houses the owners' home. Outside, it is surrounded by a large lawn with garden equipment. 50 meters from the house, next to the owners' house, is the swimming pool measuring 6x12 with a depth varying from 1.20 to 2.00 meters, for the exclusive use of guests. The pool is salt water and has a new electric cover that maintains the water temperature at night. On the surrounding ground you'll find sun loungers, a parasol, a table with chairs and a barbecue. Covered parking is next to the house.
Interiors The house is comfortably and modernly furnished. On the first floor is the dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, the living room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the outside, 1 service bathroom with washing machine. From the living room, a staircase leads to the second floor, where there are 2 double bedrooms with TV and air conditioning, each with access to a small terrace, 1 bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor there's a bedroom with 2 beds (one of which is 140cm wide), TV, air-conditioning and 1 bathroom with shower.
Location The property is located in the outskirts of a village, close to the owners' house, who are only present in the evening. Cultivated countryside surrounds the property. The village has a grocery store and pharmacy.
Facilities Casale Irina is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning in bedrooms, cot, high chair and parking.
Services Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (changed weekly), internet connection, water, gas (except for heating) and electricity (except for air conditioning), cot and high chair. On request and payable on site, extra hours of housekeeping and baby sitting.
