House with veranda and garden in Torre Dell’Orso, with large communal pool (5 x 20 m) surrounded by relaxation area. This house offers large garden with a lawn, palm trees, various flowers and a partly covered but fully equipped veranda, perfect for outdoor dining. Outside the house you'll also find a sink, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The house is fairly furnished. The inside is structured as follows: living room with sofa bed sleeps 1, table, flat screen TV, air conditioning, side kitchen equipped with everything you need; nice double bedroom, comfortable bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be joined into a double bed), bathroom with shower and toilet. In the basement there is the second bathroom with shower box, toilet and a washing machine. The rooms in the basement have no windows (light stems through the entrance door and from electrical lighting). With its very functional interior and its lovely outdoor area, this house will offer you most pleasant holidays in Salento. It is particularly suitable for groups and families of 4 or 5 people. Large pool of the residence in the green and with relaxation areas, at your disposal from the beginning of July to the end of August, at the following times: 10:00 - 14:00 and 17:00 - 20:00; air conditioning in the living room; great barbecue; outdoor shower convenient for returning from the sea; flat screen TV; washing machine; electric oven, mosquito nets in all rooms, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. The house is located 700 meters from the beautiful fine sand beach of Torre Dell'Orso (free beach and lidos). All useful services are also within walking distance : supermarkets, bars and restaurants, tobacco office and much more.

This accommodation is expensive for the services it provides. Pleasant space and garden, outdoor shower too, interesting location. air-conditioning system not maintained and not very efficient, main entrance door does not close, but shutters do with alarm, the space sold in the basement is useless (cockroaches), musty smell, doesn't make you want to shower in this environment, Wearing a swimming cap is compulsory at the pool, although this is not noted in your description (totally abnormal), while the hygiene around and in the pool leaves much to be desired, the opening of the pool is restricted to 10/14 then 17/20h. Access to the pool by gate and key, which we didn't have despite my reminders to the local agency. We managed this on a case-by-case basis with other occupants of the residence, electrical installation (plugs coming out of the partition) and sink surround sealed with tape, no lighting in the bathroom (one-way mirror hs), automatic watering of the lawn in the morning, but it was 15 cm high, mowing from time to time... At this price, we could also expect wifi in the apartment. In short, very disappointed with this accommodation. Would not recommend.
