Apartment T2 on the first floor recently renovated located Residence of the Beach for 2 adults .
In a quiet, secure residence, located 100m from the beach, near the Thalasso, the Casino, bars and restaurants.
This apartment is composed of an entrance, an open kitchen fully equipped and furnished, a large living room with sofa bed (153cm) opening onto a private terrace facing south. The bedroom is separated by a glass roof with a 180cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and can accommodate one to two bikes.
A parking space in the basement and free secure spaces on the parking lot of the residence.
