Pleasant little cottage located rue des dunes, 300 m from the sandy beach and 2100 m from the town center. Pleasant accommodation, ideal for family vacations. Comprising: Entrance hall, WC with washbasin, utility room with WASHING MACHINE - Living room with TELEVISION, fully-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and DISHWASHER). Upstairs: Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a mezzanine with sofa bed for one or two people, shower room (basin, shower, WC) - A courtyard with terrace, garden furniture and plancha - Parking outside the house in a quiet cul-de-sac - Cleaning provided by the tenant.
