9 km from Salignac-Eyvigues (shops), detached 110 m2 house. First floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area with wood-burning stove in fireplace. 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds (140cm). Shower room. Separate WC. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 3 x 140cm beds. En-suite bathroom. Separate WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Unenclosed plot of 1200 m2. Garden furniture. Sunbathing area. Barbecue. No wifi in the gîte but 4G works well. Linen included. Bathroom linen 8 €/person/change. Sheets (unmade beds) 10 €/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning 60 €. Heating above 8 kw/day: 0.15 €/additional kw. Stere of wood 55 € 10 km from the Dordogne Valley and 25 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage, an old mill set in the valley amid wooded hillsides. The stream, about 20 cm deep, runs in front of the gîte and under the house; between the living room and kitchen, a window in the floor allows you to see the stream (there is a partial fence in the park in front of the house, but the entire length of the stream is not fenced). The 2 millstones are visible from the outside. This is a very touristy region, with many prehistoric sites in the Vézère Valley (Lascaux II, Les Eyzies de Tayac...), castles (Castelnaud, Beynac, Montfort...) and villages in the Dordogne Valley (La Roque Gageac...) as well as Rocamadour and Padirac in the Lot.
