Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (140cm). Air-conditioning in both bedrooms of the independent [hidden] room. Electric heating. Unenclosed grounds of 750 m2 enclosed by a hedge. Small terrace with awning. Garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Wood included. No rental of linen or towels. Sheets 15 €/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning 65 €.
Preferably one pet only. 10 km from the Dordogne Valley and its many castles, gîte in the countryside near the owners' farm (no nuisance as activity is reduced). Beautiful views over woods and meadows. 5 km from Belvès, a medieval town with seven bell towers classified as one of "France's most beautiful villages". Visit the Jardins de Planbuisson 16 km away Le Buisson de Cadouin, Sarlat, the Bastide de Monpazier, Château de Biron... 17 km Etangs du Bos for swimming and fishing.

Unheated swimming pool shared with another gîte and the owner. Fenced. Size: 6x12m. Depth: small pool 1.10m and large pool 2.30m. Open from 01/06 to 30/09.
