Detached villa in a recent contemporary architectural style, with a Mediterranean garden, located in Saint Cyprien plage on the second line of the sea, i.e. 150 m from the beach and 80 m from the lagoon.
It can accommodate up to 8 people, and comprises three suites distributed as follows:
- 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with a mezzanine bed with an independent double bed below and a single bed above + a single bed.
- 3 rd bedroom upstairs with double bed
Two bedrooms with toilet, shower and washbasin, a third bedroom with shower and washbasin, the latter with nearby toilet.
