Come and enjoy the enchanting setting of Bonneval-sur-Arc, its typical freestone chalets and slate roofs. Nestled in the heart of the Vanoise National Park, the village classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, is located on the Route des Grandes Alpes, at the foot of the legendary Iseran pass (2764m above sea level).
The Bonneval-sur-Arc ski area is one of the highest ski areas in the French Alps, ranging from 1,800 to 3,000 meters. The snow cover is regular, even at the end of the season.
THE GENEPI
The Génépi is an exceptional 7-room duplex, which offers a modern and warm decoration, within the Chalet de la Marmotte in the magnificent village resort of Bonneval sur Arc (1800m - 3000m). The residence is entirely ski in / ski out.
The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. This service is already include in your booking. Any extra cleaning service will cost 320€.
The South / West orientation allows you to benefit from a dream panorama from its 40m² circular balcony and a beautiful light in the apartment.
It can accommodate 12 people with a large living room, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Very comfortable, the apartment also has a sauna, a spa and a wood stove (stove to come).
This apartment is a rare commodity, its many sleeping possibilities, water features and its large living room, make it a perfect place to accommodate several families or a group of friends (up to 12 people).
A space of 140m2 on two levels:
First level :

A large living room of a warm and design style of 48m2 composed of an open kitchen with bar and a lounge / living room opening onto a beautiful terrace of 40m2 with panoramic views.
- The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and small appliances: kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric citrus press, raclette machine, fondue machine ... dishes and kitchen accessories: wine glasses, champagne flutes ...
- A large, friendly table can accommodate up to 14 people to share meals with family or friends.
- A large attic living space offers a generous volume. It is very bright thanks to a double exposure with direct access to the balcony. It is equipped with sofas and armchairs furnished with cushions and throws, a Smart TV with sound bar and wifi speaker. Coming up a wood stove to spend the winter evenings.
- The large circular terrace, facing south, offers a superb view of the mountain on the piste side, and due west on the valley and the village. Tables, chairs and deckchairs.

Its attic part and its warm decoration give it an undeniable charm. It has 2 master bedrooms with private shower room, 1 double bedroom with its convertible sofa that can also serve as a TV room, game room or office, finally a dorm for 4 people and a very large bathroom.
- TICHODROME: a very bright ensuited bedroom, facing West with high sloping ceilings, with a queen bed and storage space, a private bathroom with shower. Direct access to a large balcony with breathtaking views on the west side.
- GYPAETE: an ensuited bedroom, with all the charm of being under a slope, with a queen bed and storage space, a private bathroom with shower. Direct access to a large balcony with breathtaking views on the west side.
- POLO BONIFACE: a bedroom, with a convertible sofa that can also be used as a TV room, game room or office, equipped with a Smart TV.
- L’AIGLON: a mountain corner dormitory, with 4 beds (90 x 190 wooden beds), ideal for children (high beds are not suitable for children under 6)
- A large bathroom with two sinks, a large shower, a toilet, a spa-bath and a sauna. The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, a clothes line, an iron and ironing board.
