Discover this charming, modern, renovated house for 6 people, approx. 72m2 in a quiet area 700m from the sea, comprising on the first floor an entrance hall, a living room with flat-screen TV and 140cm BZ sofa bed, a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, extractor fan, induction hob, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, etc.) opening onto the living room and a shower room with WC. On the 1st floor, a landing leads to a 1st bedroom with a 140cm bed and under-bed storage, a 2nd bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a cupboard, and a shower room with WC. Attractive equipped terrace (garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, parasol and barbecue). Enclosed garden and parking area for 1-2 vehicles. The house also offers wifi access. Local shops 500m away and town center 2km. Household linen is not provided and end-of-stay cleaning is the tenant's responsibility.
