The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A bright living room equipped with a corner sofa, coffee table, TV, air conditioner, ceiling fan and a beautiful functional fireplace.
- A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, cooking hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, ice maker, plancha, crockery and cutlery...
- A beautiful veranda accessible from the living room with a dining area, a sofa and a ceiling fan.
- An office with a wardrobe and a washing machine.
Night area, accessible by 3 steps:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a large wardrobe as well as an adjoining bathroom, open to the bedroom, with a large corner bathtub, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A large gravelled garden of about 250 m², fenced and equipped with aromatic plants to decorate your dishes, garden furniture and a parasol!
- A raised terrace, sheltered by a pergola and fitted out with a dining table, chairs, a barbecue and an outdoor oven to enjoy a good meal while admiring the splendid view of the Etang de Berre.

Excellent welcome from the owner, very nice, well located in a quiet area, beautiful garden with terrace overlooking the pond of Berre, very well equipped. Large room with open bathroom. Small downside W.C (closed) in the room. We recommend the restaurant chez TITI in St Mitre les Remparts.
