Les Chalets de Puy Saint Vincent is located in the center of the resort, close to shops and amenities. The Chalets de la résidence are 1km from the shops and the residence (just 3 turns up).

Quiet apartment at 8 minutes walk from the ski lifts and ski slopes and at an affordable price. Very clean but lacks maintenance and communication with the agency is only by a French cell phone, no email or whatsapp. Not easy to find the apartment, because there are several identical chalets and you don't know which one will be yours. At the arrival nobody answered the phone. We had to ask for help to another real estate agency to contact the person who had to facilitate us the key of the apartment. When we arrived there were no blankets and sheets for the 4 people and one of the beds had 5 broken slats! The person in charge of the reception brought us the sheets and blankets, but we had to sleep one night with the bed like that because they were not able to repair it until the next day. There were also 3 light bulbs that didn't work, they also changed them the next day. When we arrived, no hot water until the next morning!!!. In addition, if you shower with 4 people and wash the dishes by hand, there is not enough hot water for the whole day. Every day was the same story. We called several times and left messages to ask what was going on with the hot water for several days: no answer.I imagine that there is a water tank too small which is recharged only with the nightly tarife. There are vis a vis with the chalet across the street, which is annoying. No instructions on how the TV works. It goes through a decoder and it is not obvious. We left several messages and phone calls, no one answered, so we couldn't use it. Maybe we needed a code? We'll never know.... No stopper for the sink and the bathtub. In addition, the bathtub has no curtain, contrary to the photos in the ad. The faucet of the sink being broken, we informed the agency but it was not repaired during our stay. The kitchen is not a glass-ceramic as on the pictures but an old electric kitchen with 4 hotplates. The fridge is smaller than the one on the picture. The tents and the bed covers should be refreshed. ok for the bed sheets. The sofa bed is very narrow (80cm), so not very comfortable. The room on the other hand is good, the bed is comfortable and big enough and there is a big wardrobe. Lack of hangers (only 8 for 4 people) in the wardrobes and no vacuum cleaner. The cleaning kit has a ridiculous amount of dishwasher and floor cleaner. The large terrace is accessible by everyone, so it's not possible to leave anything there. No table or chairs on the terrace, I guess because they could be easily removed. If you are thinking of cooking, bring your own tools: no pliers, scissors, not much crockery. With a little more attention to detail, it would be a good ski apartment. It's a shame they don't take care of the apartment as they should. There were even identical posters in the bedroom and the living room!
