Located in the heart of an 18-hole golf course, in a residence with swimming pool and sauna, only 700 m from the beach and 1 km from the town centre of Sable-d'Or les Pins, this duplex will seduce you!
You will have a bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony with a breathtaking view of the golf course and a shared pool with sauna to relax after a day of discovery!

The Duplex :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:
First level:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette, open to the living room and fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine...
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a double washbasin, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.
- Separate WC
Second level:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed with storage and blackout curtains.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds with wardrobe and hanging space and blackout curtains.
Exterior:
- A 6 m² balcony, south-east facing with a sublime view of the golf course and furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a good meal in the sun!
- An indoor swimming pool and sauna (one sauna session is included per stay and per person), heated and shared, accessible from April to the end of October. You will also have changing rooms at your disposal. The pool and sauna are shared with the residence. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to change.
- Secure outdoor parking space, accessible via a digicode.
