4 km from Montignac (all shops) and 1 km from Aubas (rural multiple with various shops), detached 80 m2 house in non-active farmhouse. Raised first floor: Living room with kitchenette and sitting area with 1 x 130cm sofa bed. Shower room with WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms and a baby area (2 single beds 90cm, 1 double bed 140cm). Bathroom with WC. Electric heating. Unenclosed grounds of 1500 m2 with 18 m2 terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Towels 7 €/person/change. Sheets 10 €/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning 40 €. Electricity above 8 kw/day: 0.18 €/additional kw. Renovated old farmhouse comprising the gîte, the stable with adjoining barbecue, the bakehouse used as a bicycle room and the old, unoccupied barn, with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside, unoverlooked, in a quiet, open space. The neighboring farm is 150 m from the gîte. The country lane that runs behind the property leads to a single house 300 m up the hill; this lane is a hiking trail. The gîte is ideally located for visiting the sites of the Vézère Valley, including the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art in Montignac, the National Museum of Prehistory in Les Eyzies de Tayac (30 km away) and Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage, or the Château de Hautefort (gardens and Museum of Medicine) (25 km away).
