Electricity over 8 kw/day: 0.25 €/additional kw. Heating 25 €/day. Beautiful country house near Sarlat, world-famous medieval town, in the Dordogne Valley (river swimming 3 km away). In Calviac, you can see the ferryman's house, which bears witness to past trade on the river, the last ferry crossing having taken place in 1952. Ideal location for quick access to the must-see sites of the Périgord Noir (castles, caves, villages...). Marked footpaths, cycle paths, short and long hikes, cultural and sporting events are all less than 10 km away. You'll also appreciate the proximity of the Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour and the Grotte de Lacave on the Lot border. This large gîte is ideal for families and friends.
