You'll be enchanted by this magnificent villa with 160 m² of living space, its cocooning atmosphere and shaded patio are a true haven of peace for lunch and relaxation. Bring young and old together for an unforgettable vacation in a superb, emblematic setting where it's good to recharge your batteries, just a stone's throw from the beach.
You'll find a living room opening onto the terrace, comprising a TV lounge with fixed sofa, coffee table and armchair, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge). A shaded patio with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms with beds 160X200, 1 bedroom with bed 180 and 1 bedroom with bed 140X190, a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet, a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
There's also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a patio with plancha, making for the perfect vacation or a relaxing telecommute.
You'll have the choice between a swim in the sea, a splash in the secure swimming pool, bike rides or long strolls on the warm sand.
