Situation: old house (1960/flat floor) on a vast enclosed land (1 000 m²), left in a natural state and with trees, built in a residential area of the lighthouse. At 200 m approx. from the access to the beach of Coraux (access tranc 13) and 1 000 m approx. from the city center of La Tranche sur Mer (15 min. on foot).
Layout :
- entrance by the back of the house,
- 1 main room opening onto the terrace (wooden), composed of a living room and lounge area, with sofa, flat screen TV (satellite), DVD player and fireplace (only decorative),
- 1 small kitchen area (4 burner ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment),
- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the second with 3 single beds (140cm). (140) and the second one with 3 beds including 1 double bed. (140) and 1 single bed. (90),
- 1 small shower room (washbasin and shower cubicle) and 1 separate WC, - 1 garage used as a storeroom with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Outside: terrace protected by an awning, garden furniture and sunbeds, barbecue (hard). Parking on the property (2 vehicles possible).
Animals: ADMITTED (additional costs - limited number: consult the agency).
Cleaning at the end of the stay optional (on reservation): additional costs.
Electricity consumption to be foreseen in addition in low season (from 01/01 to 15/06 and from 15/09 to 31/12).
