We discovered Valloire after the fire at the Vermont residence in Valmeinier. Although relocated at the last minute to Valloire instead of Valmeinier, we discovered a small family resort full of charm. The Charbonnières residences are conveniently located for the center with regular shuttle buses. The apartments are well-equipped and comfortable. It's a pity we couldn't find any pillows - we had to use car cushions! or pillowcases - only uncomfortable protective ones to sleep on. A ridiculous pettiness when the whole stay is in the apartment "Pensée" is really pleasant with a beautiful view of the resort. Nice activities: discovery, Mad dogs, adventure sports, dog-drawn sleigh rides.... Superb for children and adults too.
