Authenticity and character for this beautiful 350m² stone-built architectural ensemble, just 30 km from the beaches of the Landes region and at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain. Ideal for a wellness and relaxation stay with family or friends, this vacation rental offers a private heated swimming pool (6mx3m) (open from June to September, weather permitting) and a wellness area with 6-seater spa and sauna, as well as a summer kitchen. The enclosed garden and paved courtyard further extend the indoor living space, and promise plenty of conviviality in complete safety. Located in the small village of Saint Lon les Mines, you have easy access on foot or by bike to all the village's shops and leisure facilities. A beautiful, bright and spacious stone villa to discover for a tribal vacation between ocean and countryside... Parking is available in the courtyard. Free public parking is also available on the village square. The complex comprises 2 buildings offering a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms and 5 WCs for a capacity of 15 people. The main house comprises, on the ground floor, a large living room with lounge (2 TVs, WIFI), dining room and fully-equipped open kitchen (4 induction hobs, electric oven, American fridge, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher), a shower room with wc, a storeroom. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x200), shower room with wc, separate wc. Second floor: 2 attic bedrooms (2 beds 160x200), a huge dormitory with exposed beams and 5 beds 90x190 and a TV play area for children, a shower room with wc. Across the small courtyard, you'll find 2 suites (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 180 with private shower room and wc) in the outbuilding and the 50m² "Espace Bien Etre" with spa and sauna. Bed linen, towels and household linen are provided. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, booster seat, bathtub, cutlery.
