Just 30 minutes from Chartres, 8 from Courville sur Eure, this 130 m2 house will enchant you with its decor, its space, its style, its equipment and the beautiful outside garden, so spacious that it concentrates several relaxation areas. This thatched cottage is a foretaste of simple happiness within your reach. It's for you!
Practical details: ground floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace, separate WC, master bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. Upstairs, mezzanine overlooking the living area, bedroom with 3 90cm beds, shower room, separate WC and a 3rd bedroom with 160cm bed and 90cm bed.

Courville train station is 7km from Guimonvilliers. Several cabs are available if you are coming by train, provided you book them two or three days in advance, as they are very busy.
There are two options for shopkeepers:
- Pontgouin at 2km5: Superette with all the essentials, and an organic grocery store "La Maison jaune", which will become a small restaurant in summer, selling regional produce and organic vegetables, and offering different dishes to take away every day.
- Courville-sur-Eure 7km away: numerous high-quality shops: caterer, 3 bakers, 3 butchers, two supermarkets, SuperU and G20, etc....a market takes place every Thursday and a tourist office for the region welcomes people every Thursday.
