This 28 m² apartment is located in a 3* tourist residence, offering many services: lounge with billiards, superb terrace with mountain view.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of a living room, kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom. Balcony with mountain view. Private parking. Ski room. Sheets and towels in supplement. Direct access to the ski lifts. Small animals accepted.

Located on the 1st floor, accessible by a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- Large terrace shared with the other residents, equipped with a ping-pong table and outdoor tables and chairs, to enjoy the magnificent mountain view.
- Private parking space on the residence's parking lot. Free parking spaces are located at the exit of the residence.

In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing are offered to you on the ski area Diamant with 170 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding ... But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover the Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!
In summer, you can discover the hiking trails, take advantage of the beach at the Flumet lake for a swim, go for a trail or climbing on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh and local products directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon cheese!
Transportation :
- Shuttles are available to the village and other surrounding villages
- Cab in Flumet and Bus station in Megève.
- The best solution for a greater autonomy remains the private car (personal or rental).
Other remarks :
- You can order sheets and towels from the concierge : 15 € / single bed, 25 € / double bed. Towel kit (small and 1 large) : 7 €. Bath mat : 2.50 €.
- Small animals are accepted on request.
- There is wifi in the common areas.
