Property for exclusive use
300 m2 country house with private pool for 12 people, comprising 6 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with shower and 1 service bathroom. Guests have access to a private swimming pool with external shower, a private garden and a portable barbecue. The property is also equipped with laundry facilities, internet connection, heating and a cot, making it the ideal solution for families or small groups of friends.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
Casale il Ginepro is immersed in woodland, in a very shady position. Nearby (approx. 50 m away), in a meadow overlooking the valley, is the swimming pool measuring 12x6 with a depth of 1.50 m, equipped with an outdoor shower, sunbeds, a portable stone barbecue and a table for outdoor breakfasts. The washing machine is located in an external room shared with Villa Bagnolo guests. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
The 17th-century stone house has recently been restored. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the garden, a large kitchen with dining table and direct access to the outside, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 service bathroom.
The second floor comprises a small living room with TV, 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Moving up to the second floor, we find a large living room, 3 double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms with shower, 1 bathroom with shower.
Position
The structure, part of a farm, is located in a hilly position (800 meters above sea level), surrounded by woods and dense vegetation. The house enjoys a splendid panoramic view over the entire valley; it is rather isolated, although close to other houses.

The house is equipped with wifi internet access, central heating, 2 cots, high chair, 3 hairdryers and on-property parking.

Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (changed weekly), internet connection, final cleaning, electricity, water, gas (excluding heating), high chair and cot. On request and payable on site: possibility of domestic help.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 1/06 to 30/09. Access to the structure is via a 2 km dirt track. Casale il Ginepro is close to Villa il Bagnolo, which is part of the same property. The laundry room is shared by guests of both accommodations.
Activities and distances
The property is immersed in the woods of the high hills between the Val di Chiana and the Tiber valley. It is rather secluded, although there are other vacation homes nearby, including Villa Bagnolo, which is part of the same property. It's ideal for those wishing to spend their vacations in total relaxation, or with friends. Art lovers can visit Arezzo and admire the paintings of Pier della Francesca, the Etruscan town of Cortona and the works of Beato Angelico.
