This former notary's house is located close to village shops and a leisure area (with pond) accessible on foot, fishing by the day, and the town of Challans renowned for its 4 Thursdays fairs and markets. Close to the major Vendée beaches, with easy access to the Ile de Noirmoutier and Ile d'Yeu, this house (accessible by 2 steps), adjoining another gîte, offers a living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160) (1 bed 160) (1 bed 160), shower room, WC. Wifi internet access. Outside (accessible by 3 steps), you'll enjoy a 180m² garden with terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs). Baby equipment available on request. Other gîte on site: Le Saint Thomas H85G019638. Enclosed space including a heated swimming pool (5x11m), shared by the owner and the 2 gîtes, with solar shower and wc available, a 5-seater spa, a 60m² courtyard with ping-pong table, outdoor games and a boules pitch (Swimming pool/spa area and outdoors accessible from May 1 to September 30). Bicycles available on request. The pool and spa are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (pool towels included in the price). Heating, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels included.
