Privileged location in the Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the prestigious tourist route of the Grandes Alpes. Megève is less than 10 minutes away; Geneva is 1h15 away.
Charming chalet located in the village resort of Flumet, in a dead end street with panoramic view on the Aravis chain and the village of Saint-Nicolas-La-Chapelle
- On the first floor : living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped semi-open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, espresso machine without pod, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery, food processor/blender, raclette machine, fondue machine...). WC with sink. To note: kitchen, dining room and living room newly decorated and refurbished with modern furniture of great comfort and quality.
- On the 1st floor: 3 beautiful bedrooms (20 m2 with bed 160 x 200 cm with private shower room - 16 m2 with bed 160 x 200 cm - 12 m2 with 2 twin beds 90 x 200 cm), each equipped with a television. Bathroom with bathtub. Independent WC.

Ski slopes of Flumet at 1,5 km : Espace Diamant, ski area of 192 km.
Ideal location to go skiing, hiking, biking in winter and summer in different massifs (Aravis, Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Mont-Blanc...).
