Located in Beaufort, this comfortable 66m² apartment is in the heart of the Beaufortain region and at the crossroads of numerous activities and shops. In summer, sports, leisure activities and shops are within easy reach (tennis, swimming pool, hiking, leisure center, climbing, etc.) and in winter you're less than 1/2 h from the 3 Beaufortain ski areas (Arêches-Beaufort, Les Saisies Espace Diamant, Hauteluce Les Contamines) and a 5-minute walk from the Beaufort cross-country ski area. Beautiful, comfortable and very bright 66 m² apartment for 4 to 5 people in the center of Beaufort sur Doron. Unobstructed view from 3rd floor and central location offering numerous possibilities.
Spacious entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, one with access to the balcony (comforters 220 x 220), beautiful bathroom and separate toilet. Well-equipped kitchen open on one side to the living room with access to the balcony, and on the other to the dining room. A 90cm double bed in the living room with a 90cm drawer (140x190cm comforter).
Forget the car and take advantage of the proximity of the village's services after your long days hiking or skiing. It's a great advantage!
Small supermarket, bakeries, butchers, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, sorting bubbles, weekly craft market, Beaufort dairy cooperative, tourist office, medical center etc. All within walking distance.
Easy parking close to the apartment and large private cellar (+- 8 m2) to store ski equipment (with shoe dryer 4 pairs + 4 helmets or gloves ) or several bikes.
In winter :
Free shuttle to Arêches Beaufort ski resort (15/20 minutes).

With its central location at the foot of the Col du Cormet de Roselend, you'll have quick access to a wide range of hiking, mountain biking and road biking trails, a magnificent via ferrata, an open-air swimming pool (100 m away), rock climbing, tennis courts, fishing, numerous high-altitude lakes and much more.
You're also just 50 m from the Beaufortain dairy cooperative, which offers free tours and the sale of cheese directly from producer to consumer.
Beaufort and Arêches are small, authentic and dynamic Savoyard family villages. Far from mass tourism, they preserve their agricultural environment and warm mountain mentality. For enthusiasts only!
Within easy driving distance: Albertville, Chambéry, Annecy, Bourg-Saint-Maurice, Aix-Les-Bains, Chamonix Mont Blanc etc...
