A gîte where you can get together and share good times, located in the heart of the Arêches-Beaufort ski resort, close to the shops and just a few minutes from the slopes. Ground floor: bedroom and shower room/wc suitable for disabled guests. Free wifiAccess to the gîte is via a small 5-meter asphalt slope that brings you to the foot of the gîte. Parking for 3 cars is available under cover.
On the ground floor, the main entrance (with reduced-mobility access) opens onto 2 areas on either side of the staircase leading to the 1st floor:
- a fully equipped professional stainless steel kitchen (dishwasher, dishwasher, electric hob and oven....)
- a beautiful dining room where 15 guests can gather for a meal.
- a bedroom with 2 double beds, a 90cm bed (suitable for people with reduced mobility) and adjoining shower/wc.
Level 1:
- 5 bedrooms with single beds or bunk beds. Sleeps 15. Each room has its own bathroom (shower and washbasin).
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm).
- 2 wc
Level 2: 1 large meeting room, under the roof.
BASEMENT: access from outside (a few steps) to a storeroom and ski room with pool. Laundry room with washer/dryer.

Garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, iron tables and 15 chairs (bistro) ext.
A security deposit (depending on accommodation size) will be required on arrival.

- END OF STAY CLEANING: 340€ (the cleaning includes emptied garbage cans and clean dishes. Any cleaning not carried out at the end of the stay will be deducted from the security deposit).
