Property for exclusive use
300 m2 country house with private swimming pool and whirlpool, sleeps 8 with 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin, 4 bathrooms. Guests have access to an enclosed garden, an outbuilding with a small gym, a loggia for outdoor breakfasts, a barbecue and parking. The accommodation is equipped with internet connection, air conditioning in bedrooms, heating and mosquito nets in bedrooms.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The outdoor areas extend to around 1000 m2 of lawn garden, fully fenced in with plants, cypresses and flowers. In the rear lawn garden, in a quiet position, you'll find the rectangular infinity pool measuring 5 x 13 with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.70 meters, with a hydromassage basin (for 3 people). Around the pool is the solarium area, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and a hot-water shower. There's a large loggia with table and chairs for alfresco dining, and a portable barbecue. A ping pong table completes the outdoor area. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
The property, which was created from the restructuring of an old farmhouse dating back to 1856, has retained its original features, and is characterized by rustic furnishings typical of the area, creating a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, with attention to every detail to offer guests every comfort. The ground-floor entrance leads to the living room, furnished with sofas, fireplace, TV and direct access to the outside, a dining room with table for 8 and direct access to the outside, a large, well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. A staircase leads to the second floor, which comprises 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower. In the outbuilding, accessed from the outside, is a small gym available to guests.
Location
The house is in a quiet position in the middle of the countryside, not too isolated. The view is lost in an uncontaminated environment, and it's just a few kilometers from the small town of San Miniato.

The house is equipped with wifi internet connection, air conditioning in bedrooms only, central heating, cot, high chair, mosquito nets on bedroom windows, parking on the property.

Our location is ideal for exploring Tuscany's major art cities, such as Florence, Pisa, Siena and Lucca, or medieval villages like Vinci, San Miniato and Montaione. Trekking and mountain-biking enthusiasts will also find numerous nature trails through the white roads of the surrounding countryside and woods. The Etruscan coast, with its varied beaches, is about an hour's drive away.
