Just a stone's throw from the Parentis-en-Born lake, we offer you a lovely apartment in a vacation residence with a communal swimming pool open during the summer period from April 1 to October 31 (weather permitting). You're also 3km from Parentis-en-Born town center with its restaurants and market, and 17km from Biscarrosse Plage for surfing lessons. Ideal for a weekend or more with family or friends. This apartment comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a living room with TV area (with free low-speed WIFI) and a 140 cm sofa-bed sleeping two. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and dining table for 4. There's also a shower room and separate toilet for added comfort, a large bedroom with a 140cm bed, and a loggia with garden furniture for enjoying meals in fine weather. Private parking is available in the residence. You can park your car and walk to the lake to relax, paddle, enjoy aqua leisure activities or watch the sunset, or take your bike to the center of town to do your shopping or enjoy a coffee on the terrace.
