La Martre des pins is a traditional 3-star chalet that was largely renovated in 2014. All the bathrooms and kitchen are brand new for your comfort. Just a 15-minute walk from the center of Morzine, the chalet is close to all the resort's activities, yet in a peaceful setting. By the fireplace, admiring the view or exploring the resort, this cosy mountain chalet is ideal for family vacations. It sleeps 10/12 people.
Approximately 180m2 spread over 3 levels, the chalet is composed as follows:
Ground floor: entrance with ski-room (boot dryer), children's bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds (90×190), laundry room, double bedroom (160×200) en suite with shower and wc, terrace access,
Level 1: hallway with toilet and shower room, living room with fully-equipped open kitchen, dining area, sitting room with wood-burning stove, access to balcony and garden,
Level 2: hallway, toilet, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, two double bedrooms (160×200) with balcony access, one double bedroom with a single bed (130×190).
Access to the chalet is a little steep (in winter, chains are recommended for exceptional cases).
Outside parking for 3 cars.
Pets accepted, maximum 3, at €5/day.
