Description of the neighborhood.

The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, only walking distance away from the famous beach "anfi Beach", and at only 500m walking distance from Patalavaca beach.
Patalavaca Beach is located in the south of the island of Gran Canaria. The approximately 200 meter long gray sandy beach consists of two bays separated by a stone beachfront has sun loungers and umbrellas,for those who don't like to lay in the beach has several bars and restaurants that offers spanish and international food.At walking distance from Patalava you will reach Anfi Beach, an impressive man-made beach with different water sport activities like jet ski, banana boat or lifeguards are keeping control to ensure your safety throughout the year.

Anfi Beach is an artificial village by the seafront with a white sandy beach and surrounded by palm trees.
This place is well known in the south of Gran Canaria where you can fulfill your daytime with all sorts of water activities.

During the evening there are several restaurants with all different flavors for those who do not like to cook.
