Property for exclusive use
Farmhouse within a small group of houses, on a farm with above-ground pool, suitable for 6 people with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 with bath and shower. Guests have at their disposal a terrace equipped for outdoor breakfasts, barbecue, small garden and parking.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The property features a beautiful courtyard/terrace equipped with parasol, gazebo, outdoor dining table and barbecue. The above-ground swimming pool, located around 50 meters from the house, measures 6x4 with a depth of 1.30 meters and is set in a magnificent olive grove, from which you can enjoy a splendid panorama of the vineyards. The garden offers several areas for relaxing in the open air. In one corner of the farmhouse is a relaxation area with an outdoor whirlpool bath (for 2 people). In front of the terrace is the wine tasting room, open to farm guests.
Interiors
The interior is divided into 2 apartments (for a total of 126 square meters) which are rented together, and communicate only from the outside. The furnishings are pleasant and complete.
Apartment 1 on the first floor comprises a living/dining room with TV and direct access to the shared terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen. Ascending to the second floor (19 steps) you'll find 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. All rooms have air-conditioning and mosquito nets.
Apartment 2 on the first floor has a living/dining room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the equipped external terrace, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and mosquito nets, 1 bathroom with bath and shower.
Location
Pieve di Campoli lies at the beginning of a small, evocative medieval village, of which the farm is a part, in a highly panoramic position on the surrounding hills, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in the heart of Chianti Classico.

Important information
The above-ground pool and outdoor whirlpool bath are open from 01/05 to 30/09. Only small pets are allowed. In the farmhouse, which is about 20 m from Pieve di Campoli but has completely independent access, there is another apartment and a tasting room available to guests of the winery and the owners.
