New: Studio in a quiet residence with private parking space. Located at 700 m from the center and close to the most beautiful beaches of the coast. Bright studio of 20 m2 with all the necessary comfort for a stay of 4 persons. The terrace offers a pleasant view on the pine forest of the residence. The studio is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. A bathroom with toilet and an equipped kitchen complete the whole.
The apartment is non-smoking. It is possible to smoke only on the terrace.
Animals are not accepted.
Strong point: a detailed inventory of fixtures will be carried out at the entry and exit of your stay to avoid any dispute.
You have requested the autonomous mode. Arrival times are scheduled from 2pm onwards, on the date specified in the contract. The inventory of fixtures is unilaterally established by the lessor for the entry in the hiring. A dispute will be possible within 24 hours by the tenant. After this 24-hour period, in the absence of a dispute, the tenant is presumed to have received the premises in good condition and must return them in the same condition.
For the inventory of fixtures of exit it is envisaged a departure between 9h and 11H, in the (absence of inventory of fixtures and/or inventory, inventory of fixtures and/or inventory established unilaterally by the tenant), the absence of dispute by the financial backer in the 24 hours following the end of the hiring will be worth restitution of the places in good state and/or complete inventory.
The cleaning is billable to each tenant for an amount of 30.00 € the stay.
Deposit and cleaning to be provided by bank transfer to the owner's account. Visible on the account of the lessor the day before the day of entry in the places (housework 30.00 € - deposit lodging 220.00 €)
