Renovated with a modern touch, this house in the village of La Chabanne will be the perfect choice for your vacations with family or friends. Ground floor: From the bright entrance, you'll be seduced by the fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (sofa bed for 2 at no extra charge). Separate WC just before the staircase. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), 1 bathroom (shower and toilet). Heating with pellet stove (bags included in price) and electric heating in bedrooms. Green space with garden furniture and barbecue and panoramic view of the Bourbonnaise mountains.
At weekends and during school vacations, you can use the schoolyard (500m2) behind the gîte, with a covered play area and ping-pong table. La Loge des Gardes, a cross-country and downhill ski and leisure resort, is 8 km away. 2 other gîtes can be rented on site: le Saillant (gîte for 12 people in the same commune) and/or le Galant (gîte for 14 people). Gîte bonus: Housework included in the price. Electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
