Located near the Val de la Sioule, a 1st category river, the "Verger du Pas de la Sioule" has been carefully renovated by Maryline and Jacques, the owners, who will be delighted to welcome you to their charming property.
This gîte is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. You'll appreciate the large green space with its orchard, the pergola, lying on the sunbeds or the courtyard for your meals or simply relaxing. In spring 2023, a 5-seater spa, shared by the gite and owners, will be installed near the orchard, in a tranquil, Zen-like setting. Without altering rental rates, specific optional packages for its use are offered (€9 for a 30-minute discovery session, €15 for an hour, €24 for 2 hours, €55 for a 5-hour subscription... spread over several days), with booking and payment to be made on site with the owners when you arrive. A cycle of treatment and disinfection is carried out between each family. Maryline offers massage and magnetotherapy sessions (stress, back, joints, sleep, etc.), as well as advice on nutrition and stress management, naturopathy, reflexology and relaxation sessions. Information and rates available from the owner. On the raised first floor, the living area features a well-appointed kitchen, dining area and cosy sitting area. Shower room/wc. Upstairs, the large mezzanine bedroom
mezzanine (2 x 90 cm beds, which can be twinned to form a 180 x 200 cm bed). This master bedroom leads to a smaller 6 m² bedroom (90 x 200 cm bunk beds, more suitable for children). Charroux, elected most beautiful village in France 6 km, Paléopolis in Gannat 10 km. Vulcania and Lemptegy 55 min away. Small dogs possible: please ask owner beforehand.
