Communal gite located in the village behind the town hall. Recently renovated 66 m² house with 16 m² terrace with garden furniture, awning, barbecue and enclosed grounds of approx. 100 m² (grass, trees and courtyard) with gate and 1.20 m high fence. Living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob), dining table and sitting area with corner sofa, armchair and TV. 1 shower room. 1 WC. 2 bedrooms, each with 3 90cm beds. A washing machine is also available (access from outside in a shed). Access to 4G via a pillar on the village square.
Bed linen provided. Flat-rate heating charge of €10/day. End-of-stay cleaning €100.
Cot and high chair on request. Situated in the heart of the Auvézère gorges, one of the wildest regions of the Périgord with its own particular flora and fauna (cingle plongeur, mouflon, orchid and wild columbine....), come and enjoy the calm of the countryside right in the heart of the village of Saint-Mesmin. Nature awaits you: hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, canoeing on the Auvézère river, fishing, climbing.... as well as history: Savignac forges 5km away, numerous castles and medieval bastides, prehistoric sites in the Vallée de l'Homme, theme parks, lakes.... pétanque court available in the village.
