Communal gite located on the village square on the second floor of a building with access via a secure external staircase at the top. Large 57 m² apartment with private 16 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and electric barbecue. Living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob), dining table and lounge area with corner sofa, armchair and TV. 1 shower room. 1 WC. One bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm). One bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), including 1 bunk bed. A washing machine is also available (in the building's cellar). Private parking space in front of the gîte.
Bed linen provided. Bathroom linen not provided. Flat-rate heating charge of €10/day. End-of-stay cleaning €100.
Cot and high chair available on request. Situated in the heart of the Auvézère gorges, one of the wildest regions of the Périgord with its own particular flora and fauna (cingle plongeur, mouflon, orchid and wild columbine....), come and enjoy the calm of the countryside right in the heart of the village of Saint-Mesmin. Nature awaits you: hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, canoeing on the Auvézère river, fishing, climbing.... as well as history: Forges de Savignac 5 km away, numerous castles and medieval bastides, prehistoric sites in the Vallée de l'Homme, theme parks, lakes.... pétanque court available in the village.
