Detached 180 m2 Périgord stone house with swimming pool set in 3000 m2 of unenclosed grounds. On the first floor, you'll find a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic hobs and combined freezer, opening onto the living room with TV, Internet, fireplace and dining area. Three steps lead up to the living room with a large sofa, a shower room with shower and WC, and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the mezzanine, you'll find 1 90x190 bed and 1 110 bed. From the main living area, upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms, one with 1 140x190 bed and the other with 1 180x200 bed, a shower room and separate WC. Outside, you'll enjoy garden furniture and a barbecue. A swing will be at your disposal for the pleasure of the youngest. Baby equipment: high chair, cot, changing mat, bathtub. Ideally located in the heart of the prestigious sites of the Périgord Noir, this gîte is a central starting point for discovering the Dordogne, rich in history and culture. Come and discover Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, Montignac and the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art, the Dordogne Valley and its many castles and villages classified as "the most beautiful villages in France", the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites, not forgetting remarkable gardens such as Marqueyssac and Eyrignac and our Périgord gastronomy! When you return from your visits, you'll appreciate the private swimming pool, 9mx4.50m, 1.10m to 2m deep, chlorine-containing, secured by a fence and cover, open from mid-April to the end of September. (pool not heated)
