Taxes of Resort fee 20 % of Rental Amount may be collected during the booking process. If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival.

This accommodation benefits from a more attractive stay price to let the tenants choose the options to add according to their needs:
- Wifi option: 25€ per period from one week to 30 days maximum
- Tv option (sattv or Chromcast) : 1€/ day if internet option subscribed and according to availability.
- Air conditioning option: 5€ per day, if used between 01 June and 30 September
- Option of private parking nearby : from 3€ to 5€ per day depending on season and availability
- Private airport transfer option: (3 people maximum with 3 large pieces of luggage or 4 people with 2 large pieces of luggage maximum). On request, to be paid on the spot in cash to the driver - from 40€ to 50€ depending on the time of pick up (day/night).
- Late arrival/departure option or for non-working days in the region and in Torrevieja (see internet):
Free of charge from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 every day on weekdays and on Saturday morning from 10:00 to 14:00
Check-in on the day of arrival from 18:00/19:00
Check-out on the morning of departure between 10:00/11:00.
Luggage storage is available for late arrivals and departures.
Please note that outside the opening hours of the agency indicated above, overtime will be charged at €10 per hour of overtime started up to a maximum of €50, with a flat rate retained for Sundays and public holidays.
- Misuse of energy: water and electricity consumption is included in the price for a maximum amount of 2€ per day (usual monthly bill = 45€ for 30 days). Any excess will be charged to you in addition to the exact invoice received.
All these options as well as any shortages or damage that may be found in the accommodation after your departure will be directly deducted from your deposit by the booking site.
Important: Failure to return the keys to an employee of the agency or to check out on the day of departure will result in the total loss of the deposit.
Transfer by bus from Alicante airport (approx. 15€ G/r per person - tickets to be purchased on site).
Bicycle hire available for your walks and/or to cover the routes of the protected parks of La Mata and Les Salinas (and its pink lagoon)
