Residence sea front "Ortal" boulevard de la plage, very luminous apartment on the 1st floor of a secured residence with elevator, equipped to welcome 4 persons maximum, located in a lively area (restaurants, shops, concerts and night market), near the beach. The living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, opens onto balcony, with garden furniture, offering a beautiful view on the ocean. A bedroom at the entrance of the apartment is equipped with a double bed 140cmx180cm. A night space, accessible from the main room, is equipped with bunk beds (80cmx2, not recommended for children under 6 years old) (Or a convertible sofa 140cmx180cm in the main room, for up to 4 people). The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin. The toilets are independent. Attention the box in the basement has reduced dimensions and is not suitable for all vehicles (L4.95m X H2.20m X l1.89m). Thank you to take this into account before booking because parking is charged on the station. Join the beach, shops, restaurants and ice cream parlours at 30m, the golf course at 3km and the lake at 6km. The area can be noisy in high season. (REF 01403)

Ideally located with a view on the sunset. Very well equipped and well laid out, but the apartment would need a fan because it faces south. Noisy environment in high season. Reception in and out by local agency super.
