In a charming traditional village, 5 min walk from the Golfe beaches and 10 min by bike from the ocean beaches, this renovated house can accommodate 6 to 8 people, and is ideal for a get-together with family or friends. It comprises an entrance hall with walk-in closet, leading on one side to a large fitted and equipped kitchen, and on the other to a living room where you can gather around the wood-burning stove on winter evenings. A bathroom (shower and bath) with separate WC completes the ground floor. Upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase, you'll find four spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed (160x200), the second with two single beds (90x200), the third with bunk beds and a pull-out bed, and the fourth with two single beds (90*200)), plus a toilet with washbasin.
Outside, garden with terrace, barbecue and plancha. Garage for strollers or bicycles.

The Presqu'île de Rhuys, between the Gulf of Morbihan and the ocean, offers a wide range of activities. You can enjoy the scenery on foot along the many coastal paths, by bike via a well-developed network of cycle paths, or by sailing to the islands of the Gulf and the Atlantic.
