Beautiful 3-room apartment equipped for 6 people, in the "Avoriaz spirit of the 70's". Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the Mélèzes II residence, in the resort's historic district. Just 150 m from the Children's Village and shops. South-facing balcony with magnificent view of the slopes.
This duplex apartment is composed as follows:
A fitted entrance to store your skis and boots, without cluttering up the living space. After the staircase, you'll find a pleasant living area with a fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, small fridge, washer-dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). It opens onto the living room with fireplace (unusable until further notice). There are 2 single convertible sofa beds (90x200) and an Italian-style shower room with WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and a small bedroom with a set of bunk beds (70x190), as well as a bathroom with WC.
