In the heart of the pine forest, in a residence with quick access to bicycle paths. They will lead you through the pine forest to the ocean or the lake. Equestrian center nearbyResidence under pine trees. You have the possibility to reach the resort and the beaches directly via the bike paths (at the foot of the garden). It is a pleasant independent house, bright and spacious with one floor for eight people. The American kitchen opens on the living/dining room. You will enjoy a large main room opening onto a wooden terrace north/west and south/west facing with garden furniture. The garden is treed and not enclosed. Three rooms are located on the ground floor, one with a double bed (160cm), one with two twin beds (2x80cm) and a third with bunk beds (80cm). A shower room with toilet and a second shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs a large bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a bathroom with toilet. In front of the house, 2 private parking spaces.
