The Giralda residence, built in 2021, is located on the seafront 50 m from the central beaches of Lacanau. In the heart of the resort, leave your car in the basement car park and enjoy the resort on foot, everything is close by.New flat T3 crossing east / west of 70 sqm, in a secure residence with private parking space for 5 people. Entrance on living room composed of a living room / dining room with sofa bed opening by bay windows on a first balcony facing the ocean with garden furniture. A first bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed share a second balcony facing east. The bathroom has an Italian shower and the toilets are independent. The kitchen area is fully equipped and there is a storeroom. Wifi access is free. A bicycle room is available in the residence, as well as a private parking space. Carefully decorated. Enjoy all the amenities of the central beaches of Lacanau on foot and a breathtaking view from the balcony. Beaches, restaurants, shops at 50m, Lacanau lake at 6 kms, golf at 3 kms.
