Private individual rents this Duplex of 5 persons located in Arc 1800 in the residential area of Charmettoger (residence Aiguille Grive), quiet, at the foot of the slopes (access to the slopes and return skis on foot), along the golf course in summer and 5 minutes walk from the center of the resort (mountain view and fir trees). Direct access by ski or on foot to the ski schools on the snow front. Ski rental, mini-market and bread deposit on the ground floor of the building. WIFI (paying) in the whole residence.
Apartment of 36 m2 facing south on the 2nd floor (with lift). Fully equipped for 4 people, it is composed on the ground floor of a dining area, an American kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, electric coffee maker and kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine, LED TV), a living room with sofa, a bathroom with toilet (bathtub) and a ski area at the entrance. On the first floor, a large closed bedroom of 9 m2 with a double bed, cupboard, LED TV and DVD player. Next door, a modular sleeping area with 2 single beds and cupboards. A cot and a baby chair are available in the apartment.
For more comfort, the apartment has been refurbished this fall. It is classified 3 Cristaux Paradiski.
Parking is available at the foot of the residence (paying in the whole resort in winter and free in summer).
Animals not allowed. For the comfort of all tenants, the apartment is a non-smoking area.
The apartment is available on Saturdays from 2pm and must be vacated by 9.30am the following Saturday. Rental only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
Tourist tax not included (0.88 € / night and per adult).
The weeks not listed above are definitely not available anymore.
Deposit : 700 euros (500 € in summer) not cashed and returned after inventory and return of keys. A "cleaning" deposit cheque of 100 euros is also required. Holiday vouchers accepted.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. The apartment must be left clean on departure (complete cleaning and washing up to be done by the tenant, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products available).
