Spacious gite for 6 people, fully renovated and independent with private enclosed garden. It is located in the grounds of a beautiful mansion and a family farm that produces hazelnuts, offering a warm, wooded and quiet environment. Just 1h30 from Paris and 15km from Orléans, you'll be able to take advantage of the Orléans forest and its many hiking trails, the Loire Valley by bike and, above all, its majestic Châteaux. On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with dining area and lounge (47m²).
Second floor: 3 bedrooms with 160cm beds, one of which can be split into two 80cm beds. Bathroom and separate toilet.
Pleasant enclosed garden, outdoor tables and chairs, BBQ and arbour in summer, pétanque/molkball court.
ALL CHARGES INCLUDED: water, electricity. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made up on arrival.
