In a magnificent landscape, at the foot of the 3 Becs mountain, in Biovallée, at 640 meters of altitude, on a closed ground, you will stay in a house, quiet, welcoming for a relaxed, successful and restful vacation during a stay in nature, culture, relaxation, leisure, sports activities and where you will find yourself in family or between friends.
Bright, spacious and comfortable, this independent house, recent, on one level, will offer you a large living room: living room, dining room; kitchen; 4 bedrooms; a shower room; a bathroom; 2 independent toilets. Outside, 3 wooden terraces spread around the house will allow you to enjoy a superb panoramic view on the mountain.
You will be able to rest in the garden, to walk in the hamlet, to make sport nature: pedestrian activities, cyclists and VTT, climbing, on the spot.
You will have the possibility of making excursions for all the tastes and all the ages.
You will be free to choose to swim, to go canoeing in the Drôme river at 5 kilometers, to discover the basins and waterfalls of the wild river "la Roanne". You will have the possibility to learn gliding at 8 km, to practice horse riding in Crest (20 km)...or other sports activities to spend excellent vacations.
You will walk around in a friendly atmosphere in a Drôme town with many possibilities of cultural and patrimonial discoveries: historical sites but also festivals, village festivals nearby.
You will decide to go on a picnic or to the restaurant. If you are tempted, you will visit the medieval city of Crest, the Gallo-Roman city of Die...
You will discover the nature : in Saillans with a leisure base full nature, the nautical base of Vercheny, you will be very close to the departmental forest of Saoû, of the natural reserve of Ramières in edge of Drôme.
You will enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Drôme valley, of the Diois or of the department : the natural park of the Vercors, the Drôme provençale and the natural park of the Baronnies.
But also, you will have the choice, to leave for more distant excursions in Drome: Ideal palace of the Factor Cheval, castles of Drome, farm with the crocodiles... in Ardeche: cave Chauvet... and in Vaucluse: Vaison la Romaine, the Ventoux...
The comfort of the house, the superb landscapes, the activities practiced will leave you happy memories to share, later, together.
To supply yourself with local products (clairette de Die, Picodon cheese, ravioles, honey, olives from Nyons), organic and artisanal products, you can visit the markets (on Sunday mornings in Saillans), shops and restaurants 6 kilometers away.
Non-smoking house, for private use, festive events not allowed.
