My Home Connexion offers you this Mas for vacation rental in Paradou, a small Provencal village nestled in the Alpilles mountain range. Immersed in a green and intimate setting, the Mas benefits from a lovely enclosed 1,300 m² plot with several areas to enjoy every moment of your stay. Near the swimming pool (12x6m), secured by a roller shutter, you'll find a pool house and garden furniture for sunny lunches. On the way back to the house, you'll pass the main terrace with its barbecue and feel the warmth of the summer evenings. Inside, the 220 m² farmhouse is on 2 levels: on the first floor, living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, and on the first floor, two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, not to mention that each room is air-conditioned! You'll be enchanted, and it's time to head off on vacation to Paradou.
Sheets included, cleaning 200€ - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Tourist tax not included in the price (6.19€ x number of adults + 18 years x number of nights) Deposit: 2,000€ to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before moving in.
