This house, located in Bailleul, is ideal for 16 vacationers. It offers 5 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 May to 30 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 16 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed, 1 including 3 single beds and a double bed, 1 including 2 single beds and 2 double beds, and 1 including a single bed The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a bathtub. A separate toilet is available
The house features central heating, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a fan, a washing machine and a desk.
Note that bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 200 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 4 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 50€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
There is an outdoor shower. Check in and check out flexible. Disturbance at night is prohibited. Parties are not allowed outside, only inside the house. if you want to play music, play it inside the house, not outside. A pool table is available as well as a table football and a ping-pong table. The property is limited to a maximum of 16 people. The owner's son lives in a studio upstairs but entrances are totally separated. you won't bump into each other during your stay.
